Morning Sessions
(9:00 – 12:00)
Morning sessions are designed to kickstart your day with a blend of breathwork, meditation, and movement practices. Each session will begin with:
- Breathwork with Sound and Chanting: Using the power of breath and sound to center the mind and prepare the body.
- Seated Meditation: A period of stillness to deepen your meditation practice.
- Core-Originated Joint Movements: Gentle movements to mobilize the joints from the core.
- Spinal Movement Practice: Focused on enhancing spinal flexibility and health.
- Seated Breathwork: Integrating breath control to harmonize the body and mind.
- Dynamic Meditative Session: Concluding with a fluid, dynamic practice set to various types of music, designed to enhance energy flow and blood circulation.
These morning practices help in staying completely relaxed while supporting overall immune health.
Afternoon Sessions
(13:00 – 16:00 )
The afternoon sessions build on the energy cultivated in the morning to further develop yoga postures, movement, and breathing practices. These sessions will include:
- Energetic Integration: Utilizing the energy from the morning session to deepen the practice.
- YogaSynergy System: Combining posture, movement, and breathing techniques developed by Simon and Bianca Machliss.
- Strength, Flexibility, and Fitness: Practices aimed at building physical strength, flexibility, and fitness while maintaining a meditative state.
- Verbal and Visual Instruction: Each practice will be taught with detailed verbal instructions and then repeated as a visually-guided meditative practice set to music.
These afternoon sessions are designed to put you in the flow state, akin to that of elite athletes, promoting inner peace and physical wellbeing.
